Application:
-
1. Used in the food industry as raw materials for preparing alkaline water for noodle products, fermentation agents, seasonings, leavening agents, and mild alkaline agents for dairy products. Used as a buffer chelating agent. It can also be used as a feed additive.
-
2. In the construction industry, used as corrosion inhibitors for antifreeze.
-
3. In the glass making process, potassium dihydrogen phosphate can be used as a flux to lower the melting point of the glass and promote uniform melting. In addition, potassium dihydrogen phosphate can react with other components in the glass to form stable compounds, thereby improving the properties of the glass and increasing its brittleness, transparency, and hardness.
-
4. In the pharmaceutical field, it is used as nutrients for antibiotic culture media.
